Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of gogather.mt (the "Site"), operated by GoGather ("GoGather", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What GoGather Is

GoGather is an information and discovery platform for events and Things to Do in Malta and Gozo. We bring together listings from public and official sources to help you find what's on. GoGather is an independent directory: we are not the organiser of the events listed, and we are not the operator or provider of the activities, venues and services shown, unless we explicitly state otherwise.

2. Listing Information Can Change

Listings, dates, times, prices, availability, locations and provider information shown on GoGather are drawn from public and official sources and may be incomplete, out of date or inaccurate. Events and activities can be rescheduled, cancelled or sold out, and providers may change their offerings at any time.

You must always confirm the details of an event or activity — including its date, time, location, price, age suitability and availability — directly with the organiser or provider before attending or booking. GoGather makes no guarantee that any listing is current or correct.

3. External Links and Bookings

Where a listing offers a ticketing or booking link, that link leads to a third-party website operated by the organiser, provider or another company. GoGather is not the seller of any ticket and is not the provider of any booking unless explicitly stated on the page. When you follow an external link, you leave GoGather and deal directly with that third party under their own terms, prices and policies.

4. Third-Party Services and Disputes

GoGather is not responsible or liable for third-party services, events, venues or websites, including their quality, safety or legality. This includes, without limitation, cancellations, changes or refunds; injuries or losses arising from attending an event or taking part in an activity; booking disputes; quality of service; or the accuracy of any information a third party publishes. Any complaint, refund request or claim should be raised directly with the organiser or provider concerned.

5. Availability of the Service

We may correct, update, change, suspend or remove any listing, feature or part of the Site at any time, with or without notice. Listings may become temporarily or permanently unavailable, and the Site itself may be unavailable for maintenance or other reasons. We do not guarantee continuous or uninterrupted access to the Site.

6. Your Submissions

If you submit events, activities, corrections or other information to GoGather, you confirm that:

• the information you provide is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge;
• you have the right to submit it, and it is lawful and does not infringe the rights of others, including copyright, trademark and privacy rights;
• your submission is relevant to events or activities in Malta and Gozo and is not unlawful, defamatory, misleading, offensive or abusive;
• we may edit, format, verify, publish, decline or remove your submission as we consider appropriate.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you must not:

• scrape, harvest, bulk-copy or systematically extract content or data from the Site without our prior written permission;
• use automated tools to access the Site in a way that imposes an unreasonable load on it;
• attempt to interfere with, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Site, its data or related systems;
• use the Site for any unlawful purpose, or to submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.

8. Intellectual Property

The GoGather name, design, copy, code and other content we create are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may browse, link to and share the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, sell or systematically reproduce substantial parts of the Site without our prior written permission. Listings reference information sourced from official organisers and providers, who retain the rights in their own materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

GoGather provides the Site "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoGather excludes all warranties, representations and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms, and GoGather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, or for any loss of money, enjoyment, data or opportunity, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any listing, event, activity or third-party service found through it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any dispute arising in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malta.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
